Note for Launch Verification: These standard service conditions have been scaffolded to fit the functional parameters of the HostZin static project. They do not constitute official legal counsel and must be reviewed by legal experts before active commercial deployment.

Please review these terms and conditions carefully. They outline our mutual commitments and govern the informational use of our website, standard plan orders, and our lifetime hosting service boundaries.

1. Hosting Lifetime Commitment

Our unique pricing model relies on a standard single, one-time base payment. There are no ongoing recurring subscription billing fees for the hosting resources included in your selected plan.

  • Service Lifetime Definition: "Lifetime hosting" is defined as the operational lifetime of the LTHost service stack. LTHost commits to operating, maintaining, and supporting the server hardware for a minimum of 5 years following initial purchase, or as long as LTHost continues to host standard customer accounts under this specific service configuration.
  • Resource Allocations: The technical allocations (storage, bandwidth, database limits, and email configurations) outlined in our pricing tables are permanent and do not change unless you elect to pay for a higher tier upgrade.

2. Third-Party Links & Registrations

HostZin provides server blocks and file hosting. We are not a domain registrar. Custom domain name registration and ongoing annual renewals are handled through third-party registrars and are subject to separate fees. Our checkout links navigate to the secure merchant stack operated by LTHost.

3. Acceptable Server Use

Clients are solely responsible for all content published on their hosting spaces. Our servers may not be used for malicious purposes, including but not limited to hosting malware, phishing schemes, spam relay networks, or child exploitation materials. Violators will face immediate, permanent account suspension with zero refund options.

4. Pricing and Future Adjustments

HostZin reserves the right to alter public prices for new accounts at any time. However, any price adjustment on our public sales pages does not impact active lifetime accounts, which remain fully funded for life under their initial purchase conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we target an uptime of 99.9% and deploy weekly offsite backups, HostZin and LTHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from database corruption, server downtimes, or loss of project files. Clients are encouraged to maintain localized copies of critical project data.
